Yoga in the Park

When: Sun., May 15, 7:30 a.m. 2016

The first session will be held at 7:30 a.m. inside the historic fort. The second session will be held at 1:30 p.m. along the Savannah River near the historic North Pier. The classes will be taught by Tybee local Stacie Haney, who brings over 25 years of her own personal yoga journey to Fort Pulaski. The classes will be in the Integral Hatha style, which integrates many facets of the yoga practice. We approach each class as a complete yoga practice. You will experience chanting, the asanas or physical poses, breathing practices, and a brief meditation.
