A regular yoga practice is beneficial as part of training or to compliment everyday cycling, including improved strength, flexibility, balance, and focus. Additionally, it can play a key role in injury prevention. Join SYC teacher Lauren during an hour long journey with a yoga class designed specifically with cyclists in mind. *Bicycle Campaign members bring proof of membership and register in studio.
