Join Kate for this workshop exploring Ujjayi Pranayama as well as other forms of yoga breathing. We will also look in depth at Uddiyana Bandha (belly lock) and Mula Bandha (root lock).
Dress comfortably. Bring a journal and a pen. No asana practice.
