Since Executive Chef Christopher J. Nason opened Sapphire Grill in 1998, the fine dining restaurant has enjoyed numerous local, regional and national accolades. Throughout that time, and to this day, Sapphire Grill's focus is 'market fresh' cuisine, only utilizing organic, responsibly produced ingredients and even sourcing directly from coastal farms and wilds.
