AVOIDING downtown for St. Patrick’s Day? Interested in a variety of evangelically-minded entertainment, all in one place, outside of the festival area? Check out The Love & Soul Experience, an evening of music, comedy, spoken word, and food held near the Savannah/Hilton Head Airport.

With The Love & Soul Band at the helm, attendees will be treated to stand-up comedy from Tim Shrop, poetry from spoken word artist Tyrone Acker, and works by psalmist Brandon Holt. Musician Kimberly Gunn acts as host. Enjoy dinner, provided by Grille 19, and get ready for fellowship and fun in a positively-oriented entertainment.

The monthly event takes place every third Friday of the month.

Friday, March 18, 7:30 p.m., $25 advance via thetheloveandsoulexperience.com, $30 at door; St. Patrick’s Day Special (hotel accommodations, two tickets to show): $350; ages 18+
