Each class will be complete in itself, but attending as many as possible will help attendees develop the habit of using 10 - 15 minutes of stretching in their lives every day. Flexibility along with Strength & Cardio are the 3 equally important aspects of a exercise & fitness program. All levels. Each class also includes Tai Chi warmups, meditations, and guided relaxation.
