This Valentine’s Day, try something truly collaborative with your friend or loved one. By physically connecting with another person, partner yoga provides insight into the understanding of oneself at a deeper level. Through this workshop, partners will work together and support each other in both dynamic and passive poses. Working with a partner provides an opportunity to take one’s practice beyond what is possible for the individual; however, you do not need a partner to sign up for this workshop!
