Restorative yoga relaxes and heals the body and mind. Sue will lead you through a series of poses that allow you to surrender your body onto supportive blankets. During your practice, full body breath will stimulate relaxation and muscular tension will soften. Complete your practice with Sue's guided relaxation and float into deep rest. Treat yourself to this practice and see what can open up in you. Yoga students of all ages and levels welcome. This workshop is not heated.
