Register for Functional and Medical Needs Emergency Registry

The Chatham County Health Department is encouraging residents who may be eligible for the Functional and Medical Needs Registry to apply. The Registry is for people who may need help functioning within a general shelter or the support of medical professionals at a more specialized facility and have no other way to evacuate, in a community emergency such as a hurricane evacuation order.To apply, residents should call 912-691-7443.
