Grounding your practice with a solid foundation gives you the tools to practice smarter, not harder. Join SPY for a clinic-style workshop designed to teach you the fundamentals of the power yoga practice. Foundations 1 will focus on the Sun Salutations. We will look closely at Downward Facing Dog, Low Plank (chaturanga dandasana), Warrior 1, Cobra and Upward Facing Dog. We will also explore the transitions between the poses. Suitable for both experienced students looking to tune their practice and new students who want to learn from scratch.
