Summer is Pitta season. Pitta is the fire element, the main focus of this workshop is on tempering heat through our daily routines and diet. Discover ways to cool and pacify the pitta dosha through diet and simple lifestyle changes, including asana and pranayama practices. All levels are welcome. Bring your mat and dress comfortably!
