Pelvic Power Workshop

When: Sat., March 21, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. 2015

Join Lynn Geddes and Sarah Dagley for a workshop discussing how to build a more powerful pelvic floor. There will be a discussion of the area's anatomy followed by a series of specific exercises and asanas for the pelvic floor and abdominals. No yoga experience is required.
