At certain points in our life, the weight of loneliness can feel immense, even when it seems on the surface as though we “shouldn’t” be lonely. The truth is that everyone experiences loneliness from time to time, whether or not we are enjoying good relationships with others. According to Buddha’s teachings, we can heal our feelings of loneliness by gaining a deeper experience of love and wisdom. During this half-day course, learn how to overcome the illusion of loneliness through meditating on love and wisdom. Everyone is welcome to attend.
