Offshore Drilling Public Meeting

When: Tue., March 24, 3-7 p.m. 2015

The Department of Interior is considering opening up the South Atlantic coast to offshore drilling for oil and gas and the federal Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is hosting a series of public meetings to educate East Coast communities about the proposal. This is the only public meeting set for Georgia and an opportunity for the public to meet with representative of the BOEM and ask questions.
