Ocean to Table: Georgia Blue Crab

When: Sat., Oct. 28, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. 2017

Enjoy blue crab season on the coast with a morning workshop all about this delicious crustacean. Prepare your own blue crab dish while learning about the biology, ecology, nutrition and food safety behind your seafood. You will learn about how the crab gets from the ocean to your plate and all the steps in between. Registration required by Thursday, October 26. Participation in this program includes admission to the Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens Autumn Garden Fest on October 28, 2017 from 9AM-3PM.
