Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, and can be just as restorative as sleep. In the first 60 minutes, Con will guide you into this state, where you can tap into your relaxation response and surrender to deep rest. Afterward, enjoy a 30 minute social gathering with warm beverages and warm conversation. All ages and levels are welcome. This workshop is not heated.
