As part of its continuing efforts to serve the needs of Savannah-area military and civilian families the Music Medicine Institute (MMI) and Live Oak Public Libraries in Savannah and Hinesville will once again collaborate to offer a series of free events coinciding with April's nationwide celebration of the Month of the Military Child. The 2015 programs, open to all children aged six to 10, are fun and involve therapeutic musical workshops intended to foster creative expression and healthy living.
