Microsoft Project – Basics

This course teaches the basic commands and features of Microsoft Project, the application designed to help you plan, manage, and keep projects on track. You’ll learn to create and modify task lists, establish a project schedule, create calendars, assign resources to tasks, track costs, and work with different views and tables. You’ll also learn to apply filters and groups, and sort task and resource data. Finally, you’ll acquire the important skill of resolving resource conflicts.
