Living Smart Fitness Club

When: Mondays, Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m. and Tuesdays, 5:30-7 p.m.

St. Joseph’s/Candler African-American Health Information and Resource Center offer the Living Smart Fitness Club, which is an exercise program to encourage healthy lifestyle changes. On Mondays and Wednesdays the classes are held at the John S. Delaware Center. On Tuesdays, the classes are held at the center, at 1910 Abercorn Street. Classes include Zumba (Tuesdays) and Hip-Hop low impact aerobics with cardio and strengthening exercises (Mondays/Wednesdays).
