New interpretations and decisions on the FMLA, ADA & Workers Comp laws require HR to stay constantly updated on employee-leave issues. Participants learn when and how to apply unpaid leave, accommodate injured workers with re-assignment, approve medical leave requests, and implement missed-work policies.
