A two day Qigong seminar, taught by Dr. Robin Murphy, ND. Kalachakra Qigong is a synthesis of qigong, tai chi and yoga practices from Tibet, China and India. this seminar will cover the principles and practices of Kalachakra Qigong. Qigong postures are very powerful internal energy exercises and meditations. Qigong exercises open the meridians and energy points, allowing energy to flow to all parts of the body, promoting overall health, vitality and longevity. Qigong and yoga exercises are done alone with meditative oriental music.
