Habersham Antiques & Collectibles Market is not only unique because of our inventory but our building has a great history. Located in the former Smith Brothers, one of the first grocery markets in Savannah founded in 1927. Smith Brothers was (is) known for their great meat and butcher shop and we have retained the great old rails and meat hooks that were used to hang their beef. We now re-purpose these for hanging chandeliers, carpets and textiles. With over 70 dealers, we have a range of merchandise from primitives, mid-century to traditional, vintage clothing and accessories, cookbooks, vintage toys and vintage jewelry. We also offer fun, funky memorabilia for the collector or just a customer who appreciates something different! We have an area of the store devoted to lampshades. Savannah was in need of a venue for beautiful shades at great prices. We now are able to serve our customers who are buying a vintage piece of lighting and updating with new shades! The market has been operating since 2001 and we have been consistently voted one of the top three antique markets in our area. Most recently, Habersham was voted “Best Antique Market” in Savannah. With a staff of eight, we offer expertise in many types of furniture and collectibles. Our customers visit us 2-3 times per week to see what’s new and just visit with us, dealers and other customers. We are a great neighborhood gathering spot!
