Fly Your Bird

When: Fri., Oct. 6, 10-11:15 a.m.

Join Kim Norvell for this fun workshop in which we will focus on how to fly your Crow Pose, One Legged Crow, Side Crow and Flying Pigeon. We will learn how to jump back from Crow to Chaturanga, and we will explore some fun ways to incorporate these poses into a regular SPY class. Suitable for experienced students who can hold Crow Pose and Chaturanga for 5 breaths. If Crow is in your practice, come learn to fly some new versions of your bird.
