Family to Family Education: National Alliance of Mentally Illness

When: Mondays, 6-8 p.m. Continues through Oct. 6 2014

For families who have a loved one diagnosed with a chronic mental illness. This 12 week class is taught by trained NAMI family volunteers. Discusses diagnosis, crisis, relapse, medications, communication techniques, problem solving skills, recovery, rehabilitation and self care. Confidential. Meets weekly, September 22-December 8, 2014.
