Scuzzy, sleazy, and catchy as hell, Wet Socks took the last twelve months by storm: signing with Retro Futurist, releasing their first LP, Drips, essentially acting as Hang Fire’s house band, touring, and putting out one of the most fun (and NSFW) music videos Savannah’s ever seen. Filmed in the beautiful old Carnegie Branch Library over on Henry Street, “Library Card” makes its historic location seem anything but quaint. Peppered with familiar faces from the local scene, it’ll have you racing to settle up those overdue fines and get frisky in the stacks.
