All around, there’s a lot to get excited about in Statesboro. Between their recent merger with Armstrong State and their second ever bowl game victory this past year, the Eagles are ascending. Their men’s golf team is headed to the NCAA championship, both track and field teams were successful in conference championships, and their men’s soccer team will be once again looking to contend for a conference championship. — PT
