Ballet Body Toning is a ballet inspired workout designed to improve balance, flexibility, and use body resistance to strengthen core, legs & booty. This workout is low impact and scorches major calories and teaches you basic ballet! Call to make a reservation before class. This is a semi-private class so space is limited!
