Ashantilly Press - Closing Reception

The award-winning Ashantilly Press of Darien, GA was begun in 1955 by William G. Haynes, Jr. Highly regarded in southern letterpress circles, Bill brought an artist's eye to the production of classic letterpress design. His legacy, the non-profit Ashantilly Center is currently focusing on bringing Bill's printing to a new generation of book artists. A selection of Haynes' work is on display through the end of March with a closing reception coinciding with Foxy's "Fire & Wine" Saturday special, fire pits in the courtyard & half off bottles of wine. http://ashantilly.org
