Alternative Path to Grief

When: Thursdays. Continues through Aug. 31 2017

Adults who have experienced the death of a loved one are invited to join others in exploring what happens when creative, activity-oriented methods are used to explore their grief journey. Processing grief and emotions can be much more than “just talk” when we lower our adult barriers and release the need to be in control. The new experiential group incorporates music and mindfulness, art activates, and sharing.
