Aerial Yoga Classes

When: Saturdays, 12:30-1:45 p.m.

Increase flexibility and strength using aerial yoga, a relatively new approach to a traditional yoga practice. We use a silk fabric called a ‘hammock’ to support the weight of our bodies, helping us achieve various postures with more depth, ease and excitement. Every Saturday. Class size limited. Required to register online ahead of time.
