If you want to be served, have a seat at a table and (for the most part) pay over $10 for your meal you can go to a restaurant. If you want to wait in line in the hot sun and eat your meal on a bench (or while standing in line at another food truck as I sometimes do), you can go to a food truck. They're not excactly direct competition. And who cares if Lenny's, Subway, Larry's, Quiznos or what ever silly subshop pops up next has to pack up and leave Broughton Street.
I say good riddance, bring on the food trucks.
