Business Award winners announced
The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated its members at the annual Business Expo & Awards Banquet at the Savannah Civic Center on Oct. 9.
“Recognizing the people and communities that help our economy succeed is the main focus of the Business Awards,” said Bill Hubbard, Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce president and CEO. “We are thankful to these companies for their dedication to serving our area.”
The 2014 award winners are:
Entrepreneur of the Year – The Salt Table
Environmental Excellence Award – DIRTT Environmental Solutions
Gulfstream Community Involvement Award – Healthy Savannah
Helen V. Head, Small Business Advocate Award – Ruel Joyner/24e
Hospitality Business of the Year Award – The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa
Manufacturer's Safety Awards – Johnson Matthey
Small Business of the Year – Edibelles
World Trade Center Savannah International Business of the Year – Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation
