PULSE sked changes due to weather

Today Telfair Museums, which comprises the Jepson Center for the Arts, the Owens-Thomas House, and the Telfair Academy, will close at 3 p.m.

All three sites will remain closed tomorrow, Wednesday, January 29 and will re-open Thursday, January 30 at 10 a.m.

PULSE Art + Technology Festival at the Jepson Center will open on Thursday. The free festival has been extended through Monday. Telfair Museums opens Monday 12—5 pm.

Most PULSE events will continue as scheduled, but the opening lecture and reception will be added to the Thursday night line-up.

Here's the PULSE schedule for Thursday, January 30:

11 a.m. — as planned, student panel featuring artists Cuppetelli and Mendoza, and Rafaël Rozendaal.

6 p.m. — as planned, lecture by Rafaël Rozendaal, who will be joined by Cuppetelli and Mendoza.

7 p.m. — PULSE Opening Reception, which includes light appetizers and cash bar for beer and wine.

6 — 8 p.m. — as planned, projections by Rafael Rozendaal

7 p.m. — as planned, performance by Chalaxy, psychedelic alternative rock
