Here's what's going on today (Friday, Sept. 28): The Savannah Jazz Festival continues at Forsyth Park with the Doc Handy Band, the Jay Stewart Band and the University of North Florida Jazz Ensemble w/vibraphonist Warren Chiasson. Showtime is 7 p.m. The Eric Culberson Band is downtown, playing the outdoor "Blues on Broughton" from 6 to 9 p.m. Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo screens at 7 p.m. at the Lucas Theatre, and the zombie drama Night of the Living Dead is tonight's horror movie classic (midnight at Muse Arts Warehouse). The River Whyless plays the Sentient Bean, it's "Fire in the Hole" hip hop night at the Wormhole, and over at the Sparetime, "Naughty Nautical Nite" features, among others, Agent Ribbons and Anitra Opera Diva.
