One West Victory recently unveiled its "artistic-inspired model units for Savannah’s newest, eco-friendly student housing community," a spokesperson says.

Residential unit tours and leasing are now available for prospective tenants.

The fully-furnished apartments "feature interiors by Cortney Bishop Design successfully blend modern aesthetics with function, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere throughout the residence."

The units include one, two and four bedroom floor-plan options, high quality designer appointed bedroom and living room furnishings, granite countertops, stainless steel fixtures, walk-in showers, fully-equipped kitchens and much more.

Community residents "will also enjoy over 7,000 square feet of historic building housing amenities including a fitness center, art studio, art gallery, media center, study areas, outdoor patio, courtyard space and state-of-the-art laundry facilities with text alerts."

Scheduled for completion in early Summer 2014, One West Victory will be also be home to celebrity chef Hugh Acheson’s restaurant & coffee shop, The Florence.

Leasing office hours are Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Sat. 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

The pre-leasing office is at 2404 DeSoto Ave. until April 22.
